Fascinating debates and a new publication: looking forward to March!

The new PLATFORMA publication, Development effectiveness at the local and regional level, proposes an analysis of decentralised cooperation practices from the point of view of development effectiveness principles. A series of perspectives and recommendations emerge from the publication, in order to increase synergies between the EU support to decentralisation and local governance and the international action of local authorities. A cocktail launch for the publication will be organised on the fringe of the PLATFORMA Forum, on 4th March. For more details on the Forum and the cocktail, please visit www.platforma-dev.eu.
