The ARIAL programme – under the lead of VNG International – has made available an online publications system for local government associations (LGAs). The system provides access to publications and tools for LGAs to strengthen their organisation, to modernise the association and to gain expertise.

The system includes a lot of tools like sample survey questions, exercises, workshop schedules, good practices and ideas for local government associations and covers an array of topics such as identifying development needs of local governments, identifying funding opportunities and the role of local governments in ACP-EU development cooperation.
