Cités Unies France and Mexico City have joined forces to publish a special issue of “Les cahiers de la cooperation décentralisée” as a testimony of the achievements of the two-year long AL-LAs (Alliance euro-latino-américaine de cooperation entre villes) project.

This special issue wraps up the content of the project such as exchanges of experience between local experts and representatives from Europe and Latin America. It also includes two of the partners’ thoughts on what the project brought them as well as three experts’ contributions.

The AL-LAs project shows the mutual benefits partnerships between local authorities from different continents can bring, as the special issue is available in three languages (Spanish, Portuguese, French) it can provide food for thought to whomever is active in the field of decentralised cooperation.
